Contact Decofy
Write to info@thedecofy.com. That address reaches the people who publish this site. Anything to do with an order, a delivery or a return has to go to the retailer that took the order, because they are the only party who can see it.
What we can help with
- Which Decofy model has which specification
- Where a published figure on this site came from
- Corrections - if a figure here is wrong, we want to know and will fix it
What we cannot
- Order status, shipping and returns - the retailer holds all of that
- Warranty matters, which are handled by the manufacturer and the retailer
- Assembly instructions - they come in the box and are on each Amazon listing
Most size questions are answered faster by the dimensions table, the guides or the product pages.
